Please be advised, on September 9th, 2026 Royalton Riviera Cancun and Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun will complete the interconnection of their solar panel systems, allowing this renewable energy infrastructure to become further integrated into the properties’ operations and supporting a more efficient use of energy while helping reduce reliance on conventional energy sources. As part of this process, temporary power interruptions will be necessary in selected areas. The work has been carefully planned to limit its impact on the guest experience, with the majority of resort services and facilities operating normally throughout the day. Beginning at approximately 5:00 pm, some services will be temporarily adjusted, with alternative experiences and arrangements available for guests throughout the evening. For guests’ convenience, the following arrangements will be in place during this period: • Dining: While Agave, Marche Central and ZEN Restaurants will be unavailable during the affected period, guests will be invited to enjoy a special beachfront dinner accompanied by an evening show. • Bars: Martini Mix and the Lobby Bar will continue operating with support from mobile generators, while Score Sports Bar will also remain available. • The Royal Spa and Fitness Center: Both facilities will operate normally throughout the day and close at 5:00 pm. • Teens Club: The facility will remain available until 5:00 pm. • Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun Reception: Reception services will remain available until 5:00 pm, after which guest assistance will continue from a designated alternative location. • Selected elevators and facilities: Certain elevators and public facilities will be temporarily unavailable after 5:00 pm, with alternative access arrangements in place where applicable. • Room Service: Service will be temporarily adjusted during the affected period, with alternative arrangements coordinated by the resort team. Royalton are carefully coordinating every aspect of this scheduled intervention to minimize disruption and maintain the comfort and experience of our mutual guests. Both resorts will remain operational throughout the process, with alternative services and experiences available during the temporary adjustments.
