- The Sonesta ES Suites Orlando – Lake Buena Vista will be undergoing improvement projects mid-September through January 2026 to the Guest Suites, the Lobby/Main Building and the Pool, Hot Tub, and Kiddie Pool area. The hotel has thoughtfully created construction timelines for each section as:
• Guest Suites renovations will take place from Sept 13, 2025 – Jan 19, 2026.
• Lobby/Main Building renovations will take place from Sept 13, 2025 – December 9, 2025.
• The Morning Pour Café will remain open, but may be using a temporary ordering location for a few weeks during the project
• The Front Desk Reception will be using an adjacent desk for check-in purposes for a few weeks during the project
• The Pool, Hot Tub, and Kiddie Pool area renovations from November 3, 2025, through December 22, 2025. During this period, the entire pool area—including the pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool will be closed to guests. Unfortunately, the hotel will not have an alternative pool available during the renovation.
All renovation work will be contained to the daytime hours of 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., up to 7 days per week.
For guests’ safety, all areas under renovation will be clearly marked and secured. The work being conducted is non-disruptive, and every effort will be made to minimize any inconvenience to guests.
