The maintenance works will be scheduled as follows therefore the following services will be closed: Common Areas: • West Main Building Pedestrian Access: May 01, 2026, to May 15, 2026. • Area Adjacent to Gourmet Marche International Buffet: Will be done in different Phases - Initial work: May 05, 2026, to May 31, 2026 - Phase One: June 19, 2026, to July 15, 2026 - Phase Two: June 30, 2026, to July 31, 2026 • Lobby Shops Area: May 15, 2026, to June 15, 2026 • Score Sports Bar Area: May 28, 2026, to June 30, 2026 • Lobby Central Area: June 08, 2026, to June 30, 2026 • Gym, Wedding Office & The Royal Spa Exterior Area: July 01, 2026, to July 31, 2026 • Coffee Shop Area: July 15, 2026, to August 09, 2026 • Martini Bar Area: August 01, 2026, to August 31, 2026 All updates will be carried out progressively and in rotation, with work areas clearly separated from guest spaces and activities scheduled to minimize visibility and disruption. The resort will remain fully open and operational throughout this period, with all amenities and services continuing as usual. Restaurants and Bars: • Sands Bar: May 05, 2026, to July 15, 2026 During this period, a dedicated mobile beachfront bar will operate nearby during the same hours, ensuring uninterrupted beverage service. Guests will also continue to enjoy access to the resort’s full selection of bars across the property. • Ocean Side Restaurant: April 20, 2026, to July 03, 2026 • Rio Restaurant and Sky Terrace: September 01, 2026, to November 16, 2026 Throughout these periods, the resort’s remaining seven restaurants will continue to operate as usual, ensuring guests retain access to a wide variety of dining options. All other services / facilities at the hotel will remain the same.
