  • Aston at the Waikiki Banyan has scheduled upcoming maintenance, renovation and modernization projects which may impact guest accommodations.

     Elevator Modernization Project

    •   Elevator modernization work will commence on April 22, 2024, and continue through April 30, 2025.
    •   Work will be limited to Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
    •   Each elevator will take approximately 13 weeks to modernize.
    •   Each tower has four elevators, and only one elevator will be out of order at a time. Therefore, throughout this project, there should be three remaining elevators in each tower in operation for use by owners and guests.

     

    6th Floor Recreation Deck Renovation

    Please note the closure of the 6th floor recreation deck facilities that will take place on Monday, April 7, 2025 for an upcoming renovation project, with a projected end date of June 30, 2026.

    During this time, there will be no access to the following 6th floor facilities: the swimming pool, jacuzzi, playground, BBQ area and grills. However, the recently renovated saunas and restrooms will remain open for guest use. Work will be limited to Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Noise from this renovation project, including concrete drilling and spalling of the deck, is expected.
