Please be advised that Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa in Honolulu, Hawaii, has announced a scheduled improvement project involving the replacement of lanai doors throughout the resort’s guestrooms. Work is being carefully phased to begin September 19, 2026, on the 40th floor of the Diamond Head Tower and will progress downward at an estimated rate of approximately one floor per week. The project is expected to continue through 2027. During the project: * Work will be limited to guestrooms located on the affected floor. * There will be no exterior scaffolding or rigging associated with the project. * Guests may experience intermittent daytime construction activity and occasional noise in designated areas. * While some noise is anticipated, the overall impact to guests staying on neighbouring floors is expected to be minimal. * For guest safety and comfort, all renovation areas will be clearly marked and securely enclosed. The resort has advised that every effort will be made to minimize disruption throughout the project and to ensure guests continue to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.
